Returns Policy
  • Return Window: Retail products can be returned within 14 days from purchase.
  • Condition of Return: Item must be returned unused and in it's original condition and packaging for a refund or store credit.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • After the returned item is received and inspected, customer will receive a choice of a store credit or refund, less shipping/handling fee.
  • All Sales are final on Clearance and Sale items.
  • If purchased through a Dixie Belle Paint retailer, you are subject to their return policy.

  • 1-3 Business Day processing time, Believe us it's worth the wait!!! 
  • Dixie Belle Paint Company goes to great lengths to avoid frozen paint when shipping during the cold weather months. However, once a shipment leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
